What should I wear for my session?

For reflexology, you'll only need to remove footwear and socks. For Reiki, you remain fully clothed throughout the session removing only footwear.

What can I expect to feel during and after treatment?

During treatment, most people experience deep relaxation. Afterward, responses vary—some feel energised while others feel calm and sleepy. You may notice changes in sleep patterns, digestion, or emotional state as your body responds to the treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies by individual, however, usually 3 - 4 sessions is recommended for you and I to measure your progress, thereafter maintaining your sense of wellbeing with monthly or bi-monthly sessions is suggested. We'll discuss a personalised plan during your first visit.

Is reflexology safe during pregnancy?

Yes, ideally after the first trimester. My specialised maternity reflexology techniques are gentle and supportive during this special time.

Can children receive reflexology?

Absolutely! I offer specialised sessions for children of all ages, adapting techniques appropriately for their developmental stage.

How is reflexology different from a foot massage?

While both are relaxing, reflexology involves specific pressure techniques targeting reflex points that correspond to organs and systems throughout the body.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

Simply arrive with clean feet for reflexology. Avoid heavy meals just before your session, and wear comfortable clothing.

Will my health insurance cover my treatment?

Many Irish health insurers reimburse for reflexology treatments. I can provide receipts for insurance claims with Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health, HSF Health Plan, Westfield Health, Level Health, Vhi Healthcare, and St. Paul’s Garda Medical Aid Society.
